There are two main types of bagels one finds in the wild: the New York and the Montreal. There are many others, of course, but they're just not bagels.
They really ought to be sold as "Round White Bread". Feh. So ...
The New York Bagel
No one in their right mind would make them. Not because they aren't absolutely delicious. They are.
Because they're works of art, not DIY craft projects.
